    - 15th of April 2008 :

Mondial du Vent, Leucate :

   For the 1st time, the PKRA come in France. And the second event of 2008 is in le Mondial du vent in Leucate. Everything starts quickly the 1^st day of competition. The “Tramontane” (this is the name of the famous local wind which blow more than 300 days a year) blew on the spot of “LA Franqui”. Single elimination has been done . I passed my first heat against Alvaro Oniva, in a strong and gusty wind. I was overpowered on my 9. And I lost in the second round  against the russian guy Peter Tyuskevich. I was a bit disapointed about this lost. I was on my 7 in this 2^nd heat. I had good power on my kite, I thought I did better than my opponant, but this is competition. I lost 2 judges against 1, in a really close heat...

   On Sunday, wind blew from south, not so strong, they decide to make some race.

   And yesterday, Monday, the Tramontane came back, stronger... So they start the double elimination at 9am. I only pump my 7m Type 9, like the wind was already really strong. I did my first heat against the polish guy Maciek Kozersky. I did many heats, and beat one after one the Brasilian Reno Romeu, the american guy Rocky Chatwell,  the Deutch Silvester Ruckdashel, the spanish Alex Pastor, and I finnaly come up against the Russian Tyuskevich again... For my revange, the wind dropped a bit, changed direction, and was more gusty...  And like I was a bit tired, it was a difficult heat, and I couldn’t take my revange... So I finish this 2^nd PKRA event at the 5^th place, after a long double elimination... Not so far from the podium... Next time I hope.

   - 02nd of March 2008 :

Year 2007 was full of discovery and travels. Around 15 differents places visited, more than 230 days far from the house, and 210 abroad… It’s means many hours in the Airplane. For this occasion, the Trips Page has been updated.

 And I think this new year will full of new surprises. I started the year in New Caledonia, then I went to East Australia, then I came back to New Caledonia for training again, and have a bit of rest before to start the competitions season. I’m back to my house, but only for 25 hours, cause I leave tomorrow in a new destination : Mexico, in lower part of Cancun, for the 1^st PKRA event. I leave tomorrow morning!

 My fidelity with Air France has been rewarded this year, and now I go to the prioritary check-in with my Flying Blue Gold card!! And have some rest in Air France Lounge is not a luxe between the long flights… Drinks, Food, Internet….

    - 20th of February 2008 :

 I’m still in Australia , on the Gold Coast, in Surfers Paradise, enjoying the beautiful landscape and good conditions for Surfing and Kitesurfing…

 I can train a lot for the upcoming season. And RRd just sent me some news toys to try. So I received here a 9 and 12 of the New Hyper Type 2.  So beautiful Kite with nice colors! 9 is Pink (the colour that I prefer!) and 12 is Orange.

So I went straight to the beach to pump and try it with my friends. I was today in a spot 1 hour down from Surfers Paradise, in a place called “Byron Bay”. Such a nice place, with a lot of tree everywhere, and a big wild beach. It’s really different from all the Big Buildings of the Gold Coast, and we have all the beach for my friends and I! Wind is between 20 and 25 knots, side shore, with big waves!!

 First I pump and go try the 12. I’m quit powered with It, and I can make some big jumps starting from the 2 meters kickers!! The Hang time of this new Hyper Type is Huge. It keeps you on the air for a while! I know my friend like Big Air, so I give the 12 to him to test it.

 And I go back on the water with the 9 . I’m more comfortable with the 9, and I can see my friend Flying with the 12!! And even if it’s not his program I can make some Backside 360 on the kickers, and some Back Mobe and Slim Chance when I’m coming back, between the waves…  And I have still enough power to jump high and long.

 To resume, this Kite is really performant, with a really big hang time, much more stable than the 1^st Hyper Type. A good Kite for advanced level riders who need to fly higher! But still a polyvalent Kite.  Soon available in the shops!

   - 25th of January 2008 :

New Caledonia is now over !

I’m now in Surfers Paradise, on the Australia’s Gold Coast since one week. I planned to do Surf, Kite, Wake and Trips one all the East Coast. I’m living in an awesome house, with Swimming Pool, Pool, Wide Screen, Home Cinema, private beach on the river and my friends Seb and Christo… Life is Beautiful!

    HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008 !!!!!

   I wish to all of you a Happy New Year 2008, with wind, sun, waves, trips and everything you need. And with all of this, 2008 can only be a really good year!

    After this last event, I’m happy and proud to announce that I’m officially KPWT Freestyle World Champion for the second time in a row. But also Overall Discipline World Champion (Including Waves, Speed Crossing, Hang Time and Freestyle), KPWT Speed Crossing World Champion, And 2^nd in the Hang Time final ranking.

 This Year on KPWT  I’ve got 4 victories in Freestyle (Italy, Turkey, Morocco and France.), 1 victory on Hang Time (Turkey), one 3^rd Place in Freestyle (New Caledonia) , 2 times 3^rd place in crossing (Morocco and France), 2 times 4^th place in Crossing (Turkey and Italy), and one 5^th Place in Waves in Morocco, which makes all together 8 podiums during this season. + 3 World Champion Title (Freestyle, Speed Crossing and Overall).

    - 12th of December 2007 :

      The 2007 KPWT Season is now over after the last stage in New Caledonia from 1^st to 9^th December. I ended 3^rd in Freestyle on this last stage. The wind blows only during the 2 first days of the competition. So we were able to make only one Single Elimination in Freestyle. We were waiting for the wind during all the week, but nothings came… Only one day with around 10 knots to make a Speed crossing, but no more than 10 guys were able to go upwind and finish the course. I ended 8^th to this.

                                 BORACAY TRIP

   I’m still in Boracay since 10 days now. The wind didn’t blow for the first week. But we made many different thing in order to promote the destination for the French Travel Agency “Copampa” : waterfall visits, massage In Mandala Spa (best Spa from Asia), diverse local Restaurant, Golf visit, Local Spectacle, Big Parties….  And the wind blow since 4 days now.

   - 02nd of November 2007 :

    FRENCH CHAMPION 2007 !!!

   2^nd in 2005 after Vincent Tiger, 2^nd in 2006, beaten by Mallory in Final… And finally 1^st in 2007!!  The wind didn’t blow in St Gilles for the last days of competition, so no double elimination, and results are the same than on Monday.

   Congrats to my friend Flo, he is still French Champion for his last year in Junior.

   I came back home in Montpellier for only one day, just time to make my boardbag, and I am already in Boracay, a small island in Middle of Phillipines. Temperature is much better here than in Europe. Hope to get some wind…

 - 29th of October 2007 :

    The French championship is from 27 to 31 october, in St Gilles Croix de Vie, in Vendée.

 The competition starts today, (no wind the 2 first days)  with a side shore wind from the right side, between 15 and 25 knot all along the day. We already have a result in all categories. I won the single elimination in Seniors, Mallory is second and Adrien Jaujou 3^rd. In Juniors, Florian Daubos is 1^st, and Helene Barrière won in the Girls. The wind should be same direction, but a little bit lower tommorow, we’re gonna make the double elimination.

Hope to keep my first place tomorrow…

    - 16th of October 2007 :

    Brasil, the end…

   3 weeks in Brésil, is already over….

   The competition didn’t go very well for me this time. I ended 9^th in Freestyle, 5^th in Hang time and one podium in Speed Crossing, 3^rd. The spot of the competition was quit hard, with lot of current, and really choppy. I lost on the first round on single elimination, against Alex Soto, then I won some heats in the double, and I finally lost against Thomas Teixera, a local guy who is ripping. I was a bit disappointed of this result… But the double elimination is really hard for the mental when I have to start from the first round….

   After the competition, I ride a lot in the Lagune of Cauipe, which is the best spot to train. I also made a small trip down to Fortaleza with some friends. 2 days in Barra Nova for kiting in a small Lagune, perfect for kite… And 2 days of local party in Canoa Quebrada!!!

   Tomorrow is my last kiting day in Cauipe, the I leave Fortaleza on 18 at 7am local time…

I have a lot of  video rushes, I’m gonna edit a movie, and I hope to put it online in one week…

    - 28th of September 2007 :

    BRASIL........................!

   We arrive yesterday afternoon in Cumbuco, in the north of Brasil. Too tired to go kite the first day… But this morning, after a good night, I’m ready and so excited to go ride the Laguna of Cauipe.     It’s the first time that I come in the north of Brasil.

   We’re staying in the Poussada “Kitecamp” from Pat and Aurélie, a French couple really nice.

    We’re gonna make Vidéos and Pics, and from 2 to 7 october it’s the 5^th stop of the KPWT here in Cumbuco.

    - 01 of September 2007 :

    After the KPWT of Dunkerque, Phil Martin invite us to spend some days in his house in Saint Brieuc, in Britanny. So with Florian, Phil and Rémi, we left Sunday Evening juste after  the Closing ceremony at the Casino. In Britanny, we had 3 days of wind, and Phil take us to ride differents spots from Britanny. Monday, we where in the "Baie de Goulven", a really beautiful spot, and the Cameraman and the Photographer from Legalize Kitesurfing took some pics and movies…

    -  25 of August 2007 :

         KPWT Dunkerque

   Thursday, the day after the Freestyle Single elimination, a speed crossing has been done in a really light wind. The Italien Guy Erik Volpe came 1^st. Antoine Auriol who was 2^nd put his kite is the water a few meters before the Finish Line, so Philippe Martin who just passed me in the downwind, crossed the line in 2^nd position. I finished this Speed Crossing in 3^rd position!!!

   On Friday, Sliders Competition Starts in the afternoon, but the wind dropped. So we have a result in Sliders only for Girls.

    - 24 of August 2007 :

               KPWT Dunkerque.

   We are in Dunkerque since Tuesday for the 4^th event of the KPWT. Wednesday, for the 1^st day of competition, the wind blew very strong, until 35 knots, on shore. The conditions where quit difficult with big chops, but allow us to finish the Freestyle Single Elimination. I Won the freestyle against Marvin St Requier in the final. Sander Lenten finished 3^rd, and Flo Daubos is 4^th.

    - 08 of August 2007 :

     Yesterday we all went to the famous wave spot “Moulay Bouzarqtoune” some kilometers up from Essaouira, to make the wave event. Strong wind, side shore, with nice waves around 2 meters. We had really good conditions. I passed some heats and went until the 5^th place. Abel Lago, my Spanish teammate from RRD won the event against José Luengo in Final. Congratulations to him.

   And today, for the last day, we made 2 races of speed crossing, in a 20-25 knots wind. I finished 2^nd and 4^th, so I’m 3^rd for the speed crossing.

    - 06 of August 2007 :

    Freestyle single élimination started on Sunday, with a wind which picked up during the day. But competition stopped around 5pm because the sunlight was direct in the face of the Judges.. I passed my 3 first round. Competition restart this morning a 9am, starting with the semi-finals. I won against Sander Lenten, then I won the single elimination against Antoine Auriol. Double elimination started just after this. And I won also the double elimination, still against Antoine Auriol. Tom Hebert is on the 3^rd place on the podium.

    - 02 of August 2007 :

     We spend only one relaxing day in Montpellier after we came back from Turkey event. Now we are already in Morocco, in Essaouira, for the 3^rd stop of the KPWT. Today is registration day, and tomorrow starts the contest. Wind forecasts looks good, not too strong for Friday and Saturday, then strong wind for the end of the competition : windguru.

   Last year, I won my first event here, I hope to make the same this year… Let’s see what happen. I’ll keep you updated of the results.

     - 30 of July 2007 :

    Last Friday, I won the Freestyle Single Elimination here in Burc Beach. We had perfect wind conditions for the freestyle. Side onshore wind, around 20 knots, with small kickers. I was on my 9m² Type 9 on my first heat, against a Japanese guy. Then I took my 12 for the 2^nd heat against the Serbe Boris Judin. Then I passed my semi finale against my friend Mickael Fernandez. And finally the Final against Florian Daubos.

   On Saturday, the double elimination starts with light wind conditions. I just had to wait for the final heat, and Tom Hebert went against me. I was on my 15, conditions where difficult, with light wind, and a lot of current. But I did a pretty good heat, and kept my first place in Freestyle.

   KPWT Turkey.

   Last Thursday, we all went to the Bosphorus (natural border between Europe and Asia), in the center of Istanbul. The wind picked up, strong, but gusty, allow us to make the Hang Time Contest. Which I won with 7,24 seconds.

   After this day, we all went to Mars Athletic Club, a huge fitness center in the center of Istanbul, and we made sauna, hammam and some sports activities. After that, we went to the Jim Beam Party, in a elite restaurant…

    - 25 of  July 2007 :

    KPWT Turkey

   I’m in Burc Beach, close to Istanbul, for the 2^nd round of the KPWT. We arrived on 22th, the registration day, with my friends Mika (Fernandez) and Florian (Daubos). No wind for the first days, and today some wind picked up in the afternoon, allow us to ride a bit and make some tricks. A speed crossing has been done later in the afternoon, but it has been cancelled because the wind completely dropped. Tomorrow we go to Istanbul to make the competition on the Bosphore.

      - 06 of July 2007 :

   Last week, I was in Como Lake for the first KPWT event.I won the contest in Freestyle, and took 4^th place in Speed Crossing. I’m really happy to start the season like that.

   The wind conditions here in Colico were really difficult. The wind was gusty, and not so strong and sometimes, there was some heats with no wind at all.. Before each heat, I had to choose between 12 and 15 m². I land very well almost all the tricks, and I made my first Front mobe pass in competition in the last heat against Tom Hébert.

    - 18 of June 2007 :

      I didn’t expected to have so good wind conditions here in Garda Lake. A thermic wind pick up every afternoon around 20 knots… So I will stay here all the week, in “Gigi’s House”, the owner of the local RRD shop. His house in over the lake! And his shop in based at 500 meters of the Kite spot. I will train for the first event of the KPWT which starts next week in Como Lake, not so far from here.

    - 17 of June 2007 :

    One day after I came back home, I received a mail from RRD, which said that I have to go in Garda Lake absolutely next week end!!! To make kite exhibition with the new Type 9… But I don’t know anymore… So I flight Thursday to Milan, Claudio picked me up with the Nissan Navara. And then we drive to Garda Lake. Finally, it’s a local Competition that I have to do! I ended 1^st of this Champion Cup 07, in “Campione del Garda”. The first Price is a Big LCD Screen , 94 centimeters!!! I just have to find a way to bring it back house…

  - 11 of June 2007 :

     I’m back from Mauritius. 2 perfect weeks for the photoshooting and test the news kites and boards. The wind dropped only on the last 3 days. I also made some photoshooting for Italians Fashion Magazines (Vogue, Vanity Fair and Rolling Stones).

   And my last Movie from coche is ready. It’s called Wake Influence, it’s 100 % bindings, and it HERE.

   - 28 of May 2007 :

   I left the house yesterday morning, went firstly to Roma, to meet all the RRD team. Then next stop is  Mauritius for the 2008 products photo shooting… It’s great to be here all together, RRD team is like a big family!!! It’s also great to ride a pure spot, and also discover all the new toys for next year!!! I really want to test those new kites and boards… I’m sure It will be amazing. I have to go now, because the wind is here, and wind doesn’t wait…

   News really soon, and return in France on 10 june.

    - 16 of May 2007 :

New movie online : here, it was in Beauduc in March.

       I’m in Montpellier since 10 days. The wind blows almost every time here, so kite again…, some exams to do at university, then I went last week end in Canet, to ride with my friend Ben Dupont, he made a small local event on his spot, it was nice. So I don’t have any time to be bored, and today starts the FISE (Extrem Sports Festival) in Montpellier.

    - 4th of May 2007 :

   This is now the end of my Trip in Coche. I stayed here 3 weeks, to make the PKRA, to train and make some movies. After the contest, I stayed in Coche with Jeremie Tronet, his girlfriend and the Netherland Guy Bas Koole. And the winds blowed every days… I think my body need some rest, but the wind is announced around Montpellier for when I come back, so I will have to wait before have some rest...

   - 21th of April 2007 :

   Competition is over. I lost on the 2d round of single elimination against Aaron Hadlow. And I did a good double elimination , beating Randy Hereman, American guy Rocky Chatwell, Russian Tyushkevich (did not run the double because his feet injury), Portuguese Rui Meira and I lost against Alvaro Onieva who goes until the 2d place. I’m pretty happy of this 6^th place on the first PKRA event of 2007. Aaron still first men, and Bruna first of the girls.

  - 18th of April 2007 :

   I'm here in Coche, Venezuela, since 5 days. I’m here to train and to participate to the first event of the PKRA 2007 from 17 to 21 april. We were in Coche Island for the 2 first days, to make the single elimination, but no wind unfortunately. Tomorrow we move to El Yaque, on the main island, where will be the single and double elimination for the last 3 days. 32 competitors are registred, so there’s no trials, but the level is really high…            I’ll keep you update about the results.

  - 10th of April 2007 :  

   I’m here in Leucate since the 4th of April. No wind for the competition, we just had a session the day before the event starts. And no wind is announced for the rest of the week… We went to Canet en Roussillon to ride, few kilometers from here, where the thermic wind comes almost every afternoon around 20 knots. It’s a bit boring, but I made some interviews for Extreme Sports Channel with Taig Khris, France 2, France 3 and M6. And today, I will make a kite initiation for Disney Channel.

  - 31th of March 2007 :

   Since I’m back from new Caledonia, I went 2 days in Italy to see Roberto (RRD), to sign contract and discuss about the nexts kites an boards. It’s really interesting to see where the company is based to develop all kites and boards and where the whole RRD family work!

   Then I was during 2 weeks in Ras Sudr (Egypt), in same time than Kitesurf Mag tests, but we had only half of the days of wind.

 -13th of February 2007 :

    I'm back to my hometown since 10 days now. Here it's much more cold than New Calédonia, but it's not so cold for a Winter month.

- 30th of January 2007 :

 My trip in New Caledonia is almost ended. Less than one week left to ride in the good wind and the perfect temperature. We were lucky with wind almost every time during 2 months and half. I improved a bit and you will see my video from here soon…

  - 5th of January 2007 :

   What a hard life to be pro kitesurfer. I was obliged to stay in New Caledonia for Christmas and the New Year!!! And so busy between trainings, talking with sponsors , photo shooting… that I have no time anymore to update my website!  But it’s not too late to wish to all of you a Happy New Year 2007, with wind of course, and every thing you wish!!!

  - 14th of December 2006 :

We just came back from a boat trip on the « Kuaré », a luxurious catamaran of 15 meters. Steph the skipper, took us kitesurfing the most beautiful waves of the Caledonian lagoon during 5 days and we had very good conditions. Carlos Delicado (photographer) and Thomas Douchy (cameraman) where present also on the boat to shoot everything! Pics coming soon.

  - 09th of December 2006 :

WORLD CHAMPION KPWT 06.

   That's the end of the 2006 KPWT tour, and I ended first on the last stage in Nouméa, and also first overall. Like last year, that was a wonderful contest with a lot of locals guys very good. Moreover, we got wind between 20 and 25 knots every days. I want to thanks one more time my sponsors, and all the people who support me!

-07th of November  2006 :

The French Freestyle Championship was from 1 to 5 November 2006 in l’Almanarre. No wind the 3 first days, but hopefully, on Sunday (the last day) we got 20-25 knots of West wind, allow us to make the single elimination and have a result. I ended 2d this year again (like last year!), losing 2 judges against one against Mallory de la Villemarqué.

- 30th of october 2006 :

I’m in St Gilles Croix de vie for the KPWT stage, since the 25 october. NO wind for the moment, maybe for the last 2 days. So we make surf, and trampoline…

-15 octobre 2006:

Currently first on the overall ranking KPWT after 4 stages, I am at home to train, and I wait impatiently the next stage in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. It will be the 5^th stage of the 06 season, from October 25 to November 1^st . The French Championship will take place in Hyères, l’Almanarre from 1st to 5^th November , just after the KPWT, and I will be present there also.
